 By engaging Cornish IT Security Services for any service, including but not limited to IT support, website development, cybersecurity consulting, or tutoring, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

We provide a range of digital services, including:

• Website development, domain registration, and e-commerce store setup.
• Cybersecurity audits, spyware/malware removal, and secure account configuration.
• Tech support for devices, smart homes, and wearables.
• One-on-one and group tutoring for technology and digital safety.

• Access: Clients must provide the necessary access to devices, accounts, or software as required for us to perform the requested services.
• Backups: While we take care to protect your data, the client is ultimately responsible for maintaining their own backups of critical files, photos, and personal information before we perform any troubleshooting or software installations.
• Truthfulness: Clients must provide accurate information regarding their devices, software, and history of technical issues.

•  While we employ industry-standard practices to secure devices, accounts, and communications, we cannot guarantee absolute immunity from cyber threats.
• Cornish IT Security Services is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access that may occur outside of our professional control.
• Our role is to provide guidance, safety training, and preventative measures; we are not responsible for user actions taken after our support sessions.

• All fees for services are to be paid in accordance with the invoice provided.
• Ongoing services, such as website hosting or monitoring, require timely renewal payments to ensure uninterrupted service.

•  Either party may terminate the professional engagement at any time. 
• If services are terminated, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination. 

•   These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
